===== Overview =====

The LEAST analytics panel gives educators visibility into learner engagement, lesson completion, and cohort progress.

===== Accessing Analytics =====

  - Navigate to your class → **Analytics**
  - Select the date range (default: last 30 days)
  - Choose the view: Class Overview, Per-Learner, Per-Lesson, or Assessment Results

===== Class Overview =====

The overview dashboard shows:
  * Total active learners
  * Lessons started and completed (counts and %)
  * Average time-on-platform per learner
  * Top 5 most-engaged lessons
  * Cohort completion trend (chart by week)

===== Per-Learner View =====

  - Click a learner's name to open their individual progress panel
  - Shows: lessons viewed, materials completed, quiz scores, badges earned
  - Last activity date and total time-on-platform
  - Exportable as a PDF progress report

===== Per-Lesson View =====

  - Select a lesson from the dropdown
  - Shows: views, completions, average score (if quiz attached), drop-off rate
  - For SCORM/xAPI materials: raw completion and score data from the package

===== Assessment Results =====

  - Navigate to **Analytics → Assessments**
  - Select a quiz
  - View: score distribution, pass rate, average score, question-level analysis
  - Export as CSV

===== Metric Snapshots =====

LEAST captures a daily platform-wide **metric snapshot** via cron. Historical snapshots are available in the admin analytics panel, allowing trend analysis over weeks and months.

===== Educator Analytics Panel =====

The educator analytics panel (''educator/analytics.php'') shows a consolidated view across all your classes. Use it to compare cohort performance across different groups.
