===== Updating Your Profile =====

  - Navigate to **My Profile** (top-right menu or profile icon)
  - Update: display name, profile photo, bio, and contact details
  - Click **Save**

===== Career Aspirations (I Want To Be) =====

Setting a career aspiration personalises your content recommendations:

  - Go to **Profile → Aspirations**
  - Search for your target occupation (e.g. "Software Developer", "Project Manager", "Nurse")
  - Select the closest match from the list of 700+ roles
  - Save

The **Discover** feature and **Where Next?** recommendations will now prioritise lessons relevant to your chosen role.

===== IFQ Level =====

Your IFQ (Irish Framework of Qualifications) level helps the platform recommend appropriately challenging content:

  - Go to **Profile → Qualifications**
  - Select your current NFQ level (1–10) or equivalent
  - Save

Content tagged at your level will be surfaced first in discovery; content significantly above your level will be deprioritised.

===== Skill Gap Analysis =====

  - Navigate to **Skill Gap** (''learner/skill-gap.php'')
  - Select a target role or skill set
  - The platform compares your completed learning to the skills required for that role
  - Gaps are shown as a list of recommended lessons and courses

===== Learning History =====

  - Go to **Profile → Learning History**
  - View a chronological list of all completed lessons, quiz scores, and earned badges
  - Filter by date range or subject area
  - Your educator can also view this history from their class panel
