Getting Started with LEAST

This guide walks you through setting up a new LEAST platform from scratch — from first login to your first learners completing a course.

1. Step 1 — Initial Platform Setup — configure system settings, email, and your first organisation
2. Step 2 — Add Your Users — create accounts manually or import from CSV
3. Step 3 — Create Your First Lesson — build a lesson and attach content
4. Step 4 — Build a Course — sequence lessons into a learning journey
5. Step 5 — Publish and Invite Learners — go live and bring in your first cohort

You will need:

• A Level 3 (Administrator) account on your LEAST instance
• Your organisation's name and description
• At least one piece of learning content (a YouTube URL, web article, or SCORM package)
• Email addresses of your first learners

A minimal working platform — one organisation, one lesson, a handful of learners — takes about 20 minutes to set up following this guide.
