Your Profile & Skills

1. Navigate to My Profile (top-right menu or profile icon)
2. Update: display name, profile photo, bio, and contact details
3. Click Save

Setting a career aspiration personalises your content recommendations:

1. Go to Profile → Aspirations
2. Search for your target occupation (e.g. “Software Developer”, “Project Manager”, “Nurse”)
3. Select the closest match from the list of 700+ roles
4. Save

The Discover feature and Where Next? recommendations will now prioritise lessons relevant to your chosen role.

Your IFQ (Irish Framework of Qualifications) level helps the platform recommend appropriately challenging content:

1. Go to Profile → Qualifications
2. Select your current NFQ level (1–10) or equivalent
3. Save

Content tagged at your level will be surfaced first in discovery; content significantly above your level will be deprioritised.

1. Navigate to Skill Gap (learner/skill-gap.php)
2. Select a target role or skill set
3. The platform compares your completed learning to the skills required for that role
4. Gaps are shown as a list of recommended lessons and courses

1. Go to Profile → Learning History
2. View a chronological list of all completed lessons, quiz scores, and earned badges
3. Filter by date range or subject area
4. Your educator can also view this history from their class panel
