Reporting & Analytics

The main Reporting System (admin/reportingSystem.php) is the entry point for all admin-level analytics. From here you can access all report types.

User Analytics Charts (admin/userAnalytics-charts.php) provides visual dashboards including:

• Daily and weekly active users
• Lesson views over time
• Quiz submission volume
• Badge issuance rates
• New registrations

Skill Gaps (admin/skill-gaps.php) shows an organisation-wide view of career role selections and coverage:

• Most-selected target roles across your organisation
• Content coverage per role — how many linked lessons exist
• Learners with no target role set

Use this to identify where to commission new content.

Training Effectiveness (admin/training-effectiveness.php) measures learning impact by comparing pre/post quiz scores:

• Select a lesson or course with a paired quiz
• View: average score improvement, distribution of gains, learners who showed regression
• Export as CSV for reporting to stakeholders

SLA Dashboard (admin/sla-dashboard.php) tracks service level agreement performance:

• Open items breaching or at risk of breaching SLA targets
• KPIs: average resolution time, breach rate, escalation rate
• Filter by collection, assignee, or time period

LMS Rule Analytics (admin/lms-rule-analytics.php) shows the performance of your automation rules:

• Total rule executions per rule
• Success and failure rates
• Dead-letter queue size (failed executions awaiting retry)
• Click a rule to drill into individual execution logs

Storage Report (admin/storage-report.php) shows current upload usage:

• Storage used per organisation
• Quota remaining
• Largest uploaded files

The Metrics page (system/metrics.php) provides an executive-level view:

• Total registered users
• Monthly active learners
• Total lessons and materials
• Badge issuance totals
• Platform health indicators

The Audit Analytics dashboard (system/analytics-auditcronpre.php) gives session-level engagement analysis:

• Page views by section
• Most-visited lessons and materials
• Search query analysis
• Bounce and depth metrics by user segment
