Training Calendar

The Training Calendar (learner/calendar.php) shows:

• ILT Sessions — instructor-led face-to-face or virtual sessions your educator has scheduled
• Quiz Deadlines — submission deadlines for timed assessments
• Course Milestones — key dates in your active course pathways

1. Navigate to Calendar in the main menu
2. Switch between month, week, and list views
3. Click any event for details: location, instructor, joining link, or description

1. Click Export / Subscribe in the calendar toolbar
2. Copy the iCal URL and paste it into your calendar app:
   • Google Calendar: Settings → Add calendar → From URL → paste link → Add
   • Outlook: File → Account Settings → Internet Calendars → New → paste link
   • Apple Calendar: File → New Calendar Subscription → paste link
3. The calendar stays in sync — new sessions appear automatically in your app

You receive an email reminder before each scheduled ILT session (timing set by your educator). Check your spam folder if reminders are not arriving.
