Workflow Routing Engine

Skill-based auto-assignment for workflow steps. Each step can define required skills; the routing engine automatically assigns incoming cases to the best-matched available team member based on their registered skills and current workload. Configuration via admin/route-config.php.

Delegation — team members can delegate their queue to another user for a defined period (e.g. holiday cover). The delegate receives all assigned cases and notifications during the delegation window. See admin/delegate.php.
