The LEAST Software platform — an enterprise learning and operational management system — has been in continuous production for over ten years. Philip Lacey has spent over a decade designing, building, and operating large-scale software systems. The LEAST Software platform is his direct work: every module, every integration, every database schema, every security control. There is no team behind a team.
His background spans full-stack web application development, relational database architecture, systems integration, AI implementation, and operational software design. He has built systems that handle complex workflows, multi-tenant access control, standards-compliant content delivery, and real-time event processing.
